H.I.T. - HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
Push your heart, muscles and metabolic system to the limit in H.I.T. There is a lot of hitting and kicking going on in this class, but it is only on bags and pads. There is even more sweating and burning fat, and that is on you. In H.I.T. you will develop your Muay Thai skills of striking with fists, elbows, knees and shins on heavy bags, intermixed with kettlebells, resistance training, plyometrics other sweat provoking training.
